Review your medical history

The Medipoint.pl service allows the Patients to gather, store and manage their medical documentation generated during diagnostics and treatment in units participating in the project (partners of medipoint.pl).

After logging on in the service and connecting Patients’ account with their medical file/files, it is possible to browse existing:

• laboratory and imaging test results,

• medical orders,

• performed appointments,

• issued prescriptions.

Files of several people may be assigned to one account and therefore parents may view documentation of their children.

Remote access to documentation from various medical units gathered in one place allows the Patient to quickly obtain significant information.
